I post this quote today because yesterday it was 94 degrees down here. Today, our air conditioner was running for a good chunk of the day... I don't mean to complain, exactly, because I do appreciate having good driving conditions all year round, being able to swim outside most of the year, and all the other fun stuff that comes with southern CA weather. But isn't it November? Are temperatures in the seventies really too much to ask? :-)
I love Christmas shopping, and I do like to start fairly early, but I won't decorate or listen to Christmas music until the very end of this month, even if I really want to. And the weather is definitely helping me to be good this year. :-D Wasn't last month August? Oh, that was three months ago? Hmm, I could've sworn...
Josh and I were talking today about how we didn't realize until we moved here how many kinds of extreme weather there are in California. Sure, we expected some little earthquakes, and we've had some; we didn't expect to have hurricane-force winds, or a fire season. Living in California is definitely an adventure, in many, many ways. :-D

I just hope that it is still 75 in december then we can swim in the ocean! that is great news, makes me way excited to get away from this freezing cold place into a hot warm place where no one looks at you like you are silly for wearing shorts. haha. i am getting stoked to come see you!
Although even if the weather is 75 degrees, the ocean's still going to be in the 50s, probably--swim at your own risk! But we can definitely visit the beach, and hey, if you happen to take a swim, or Reid happens to get tossed in the water by Kim and Josh, more power to ya, right?
exactly but 50 degree water wont stop me josh when it was only 75 degrees at the beach the water is in the 40's and i still got in, me and reid will totally go swimmin' maybe even jos... we will have to see wont we :)
I'm glad you found me!!! I heard a little rumor about a possibility or relocation? Maybe somewhere in my neck of the woods? I do hope so! It has been consistantly in the high 70's and low 80's this month. Our Christmas deco's have already started, we figure if we are saturated in 'Christmas' for awhile it will start feeling like Christmas. Speaking of, are you going home for Christmas? I would LOVE to see you and Josh! Love you always!
